Join me and other book lovers in indulging in the words and work of Riane Eisler as we dive into her life-changing book Sacred Pleasure. This book will change the way you perceive the mythos behind how we have related and loved throughout prehistoric and historic civilizations as well as what this means for sex, love, connection, and spirituality in our modern era. We will meet once per month for three months.

Through movement, visualization, light education, and voice activation, we will awaken and enliven the senses to establish a deeper felt embodiment of the sensual self. Inside of this workshop we will: 1. Find heart/genital coherence through a specialized breathing exercise 2. Dive into the body mechanics behind healthy libido, mood, and creativity 3. Activate the depth of your sensual voice through the spoken word
